The CoEJ Wellbeing Network is offering training online to support people in the community. This can include those who may be supporting family, volunteers making calls to vulnerable people, or even those who simply want to learn some new skills and practice them.

This program is aimed at offering individuals the opportunity to develop skills pertaining to raising the mental health of community members and in doing so, adding value to the conversations already taking place.

It will give participants the opportunity to practice and learn the following:

1. Stress Container Model
2. ALGEE Model for Wellbeing Triage
3. Phone Communication Skills
4. Questioning Skills
5. Active Listening
6. Empathy
7. Signposting
