About Anjuman-e-Ja’fariyya in Watford
The Jamaat has been a cornerstone of the Shia Ithna Ashari community in Watford since its establishment in 1982. Registered as a charity in 1984, the community has flourished over the years, marked by a significant relocation in 1997 to the Al-Zahra Centre, their current home. In response to a growing congregation, expansion works were completed in 2016, adding a ground floor hall and Ghusl facilities to better serve community needs.
